A Roseburg woman was cited for third-degree criminal mischief following an incident in front of the Public Safety Center in downtown.

The RPD report said at about 3:00 a.m. Friday, the suspect was allegedly seen on video surveillance cameras vandalizing the front of the Police Department with green chalk. The writing accused officers of planting evidence on her. The chalk was cleaned up and the woman was released after being cited.
