A Roseburg woman was cited for littering near a waterway by Roseburg Police on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 9:30 a.m. an officer contacted a woman camped in an area of the Dog Park on Southeast Templin, which had recently been cleaned by a work crew. There was a large amount of trash surrounding the woman’s tent, which was within 100 yards of the South Umpqua River.

She was released after being cited.
