A Roseburg man was cited following an alleged reckless burning incident on Tuesday.

A Roseburg Police report said officers responded to Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street at about 6:20 a.m. for the report of a fire under a pavilion. A 22-year old man was cited and then released on charges of second-degree criminal mischief and reckless burning.
