Two people were arrested on Wednesday following the recovery of a stolen vehicle.

A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said at 12:20 p.m. a deputy located the vehicle in the 200 block of Kermanshah Street in Green. It was determined that two people inside the home were the ones that had been in possession of the sedan. Both were contacted and placed in custody for their warrants.

22-year old Santana Villarreal was also charged with possession of a stolen vehicle. He was detained without bail. The 23-year old woman was released later on Wednesday.
