MAN JAILED FOLLOWING ALLEGED TRESPASS IN DILLARD

A 45-year old man was jailed following an alleged trespass incident in Dillard on Tuesday.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said just before 9:00 a.m. the suspect allegedly walked into a residence in the 100 block of Church with a hammer and a piece of wood. The resident confronted the man who then left the items on the ground and walked out of the home.

A deputy confronted the suspect and took him to jail. Charges included first and second-degree count of criminal trespass. Bail was set at $7,500.
