Troopers with Oregon State Police are investigating a single vehicle crash that took place on Sunday night on Highway 42.

A report said just before 11:00 p.m. troopers were dispatched to the Camas Valley area for a possible wreck. Medical was already on the scene when troopers arrived. Medical crews said a man was walking eastbound away from the crash when they arrived. The man said he was not the driver and did not want medical attention.

The troopers found a pickup that had left the roadway and drove into a fence and several trees. The registered owner of the vehicle said he had sold it a couple of months ago, but didn’t know the name of who bought it. OSP checked the area for the man already contacted, and were unable to locate him.
