The Winston City Council is holding a workshop on Monday night at 6:00 p.m.

The topic of discussion will be the American Rescue Plan Act. The public can attend either masked up in person or via teleconference at 672-9421; access code 300502.

The workshop format means while there will be discussion, no action will be taken.
