Roseburg Police cited a woman for an alleged disorderly conduct incident on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 7:30 p.m. the 29-year old allegedly threw traffic cones from the construction area on the overpass into the street in the 600 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard, which obstructed traffic.

The woman was cited for second-degree disorderly conduct and then was released.
