MAN HOSPITALIZED AFTER MOTORCYCLE CRASH

A Myrtle Creek man was hospitalized after a motorcycle crash on Thursday.

A report from Roseburg Police said just after 5:00 p.m. witnesses reported seeing a man ride his motorcycle at a high rate of speed on Southeast Lane, and then running a stop sign at the intersection with Southeast Jackson. The 30-year old was unable to maintain control of the motorcycle and crashed. He was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center. The man was listed in fair condition at last check by a hospital spokesperson.
