A release said the clinic is in the space previously occupied by the vaccination clinic at 4221 Northeast Stephens, near Costco. The drive through area is in the same location, using space that was originally a bank drive through. Vaccinations and testing are available weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. while the clinic is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Aviva Health Vice President of Community Health Christin Rutledge said its crucial right now to ensure symptomatic individuals – those who may potentially be carrying COVID-19 – have dedicated access to clinical care without jeopardizing the health of well patients.

The release said COVID-19 testing is offered to asymptomatic and symptomatic Aviva Health patients. Non-Aviva patients who are symptomatic can also access the drive through testing. Testing is not available to asymptomatic patients who are not established with Aviva Health.

To schedule a COVID-19 test or an appointment, call 492-2067. Free COVID-19 vaccinations are available without an appointment to all county residents ages 12 and older at the drive through clinic.

Vaccinations are also available on a limited basis at Aviva’s outlying clinics in north county, Sutherlin, Glide and Myrtle Creek. Call 672-9596 to determine availability.
