A Roseburg woman was cited for child neglect on Saturday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 7:30 p.m. the suspect was found asleep in her car while her three children were unsupervised around Micelli Park on Micelli Street. The report said a 3-year old was running around in the street, a 6-year old was asleep inside a sleeping bag outside of the car, a 10-month old was in a Pack-N-Play about 15 feet from the car.

The woman said she didn’t know how long she had been asleep. Child Welfare was notified and responded to the scene,

The 35-year old was cited for three counts of second-degree child neglect and then was released.
