A Roseburg man was cited in an alleged rock throwing incident on Thursday.

A Roseburg Police report said at about 1:20 p.m. the 37-year was cited and released after allegedly throwing a rock through the window of an office in the 200 block of Northeast Garden Valley Boulevard. The report said the man is trespassed from the surrounding parking lot as well as the nearby One Champion Plaza.
