A Roseburg man was cited for alleged public indecency on Wednesday night.

Information from Roseburg Police said just before 9:30 p.m. multiple callers reported that a man in a white skirt was acting erratic, standing in the road, and exposing himself to passing vehicles and conduction workers in the area of the freeway overpass next to Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard.

Officers contacted a 65-year old who matched the description. He was also cited for second-degree disorderly conduct before being released.
