Roseburg Police cited two people for violation of park rules, early on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at about 12:30 a.m. officers saw an SUV parked on the bike trail between Northwest Stewart Park Drive and the Stewart Park Golf Course. Officers contacted a man and a woman who were reportedly camping next to their vehicle. The man was also cited for operation of a motor vehicle on a bicycle trail. The pair took down their tent and left the area.
