Roseburg Police jailed a man following an alleged disturbance on Thursday.

An RPD report said just before 10:30 a.m.an investigation revealed that 46-yaeer old Jose Garcia trespassed inside two businesses and created a public disturbance while doing so, in the 300 block of West Harvard. The report said Garcia was under the influence of an intoxicant and in violation of the terms of his probation.

Garcia was charted with two counts each of second-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct and for a probation violation. He was held without bail.
