MAN JAILED IN ALLEGED DISORDERLY CONDUCT INCIDENT

A Roseburg man was jailed following an alleged disorderly conduct incident on Thursday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 12:50 p.m. 41-year old Scott Ellis became belligerent with employees at Garden Valley Liquor Store on Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard after he was asked to leave the business. Ellis reportedly spit all over the glass window of the store and put his bare butt check up to the glass.

Ellis was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief and for a parole violation. He was detained without bail.
