Two people were cited in separate littering incidents by Roseburg Police on Wednesday.

A report from Roseburg Police said at 8:25 a.m. a 52-year old man was contacted at his camp in the 800 block of Northwest Highland, where he had amassed a hoard of garbage and rubbish. He was cited for offensive littering and was released.

A few minutes later a 59-year old man was contacted at a nearby camp, where he had also accumulated a hoard of garbage and rubbish, which was strewn about. The man was cited and released on the scene.
