Roseburg Police jailed a man following an alleged disorderly conduct incident early Thursday.

The RPD report said at 1:45 a.m. 55-year old Norman Storm allegedly tried to get into two different houses on Southeast Mill Street. Storm said a friend lived at each house and had invited him over to drink. The suspect said he would not give his information to police, stating he didn’t want the government to know it.

Storm was taken into custody and allegedly gave a false name and date of birth. At the jail, the man gave his real birth date, but still gave a fake name. Using the partial information that he gave and noting his tattoos, Storm was eventually identified.

Charges included second-degree disorderly conduct, obstructing governmental administration, and giving false information to police.
