A Tenmile man was charged with third-degree sex abuse allegedly involving a juvenile victim, on Tuesday.

A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said the victim was asleep at a home on Upper Olalla Road when the alleged abuse took place.

70-year old Phillip Brady was contacted at about 10:40 a.m. and taken into custody. Additional charges were added. After arraignment, bail was set at $8,750
