MAN JAILED FOR UNLAWFUL USE OF A WEAPON

A Roseburg man was jailed in an unlawful use of a weapon incident on Tuesday.

A Roseburg Police report said just before 10:00 p.m. 53-year old Robert Reeder, while allegedly highly intoxicated, starting yelling at his neighbors for an unknown reason, in the 1500 block of Northwest Fairmount. The report said Reeder pointed a pistol at two people across the street before returning to his residence.

Reeder was held for two counts each of unlawful use of a weapon, menacing, and pointing a firearm at another. Bail was set at $125,000.
