A Red Flag Warning is in effect until Tuesday at 8:00 p.m. over the Skyline Ridge Complex of fires.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service said very dry and unstable conditions will support extreme fire behavior. Plume domination is possible with locally-generated erratic and gusty winds. Forecasters said spotting could be problematic.

Those in the area should avoid tossing burning cigarettes on the ground, parking hot vehicles on dry vegetation, and using equipment that can cause sparks.

The Red Flag Warning is also in effect from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
