Aviva Health will offer COVID-19 vaccines at the Douglas County Fair.

A Mobile Medical Unit will give out vaccines during all hours the fair is open from Wednesday through Saturday. Aviva staff will also assist existing Oregon Health Plan members in establishing services with a local provider. In addition, information on programs and services offered by the Douglas County based Federally Qualified Health Center will be given out.

The Mobile Medical Unit is located just past the entrance at the front of the Swine Building at the fairgrounds.
