A transient was cited after an alleged disturbance on Thursday,

A report from Roseburg Police said at 11:30 a.m. two men were seated at a bench in the Gaddis Park pavilion. The 36-year old transient reportedly became upset with the other man and struck him repeatedly with the seat post of the suspect’s unicycle. The report said the victim was able to deflect most of the strikes and only ended up with some scratches.

The suspect was cited for second-degree criminal trespass and then was released.
