A Roseburg man was hurt in a two-vehicle crash on Thursday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 3:20 p.m. a 21-year old woman was driving southbound on Stephens in the left lane. An 82-year old man was operating a vehicle facing eastbound at a stop sign at the corner of Northeast Stephens and Exchange. The man attempted to turn onto Stephens and the first driver’s vehicle crashed into his vehicle head on.

The male driver sustained a laceration to his forehead and was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center by ambulance. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.

The driver who caused the wreck was cited for failure to yield before entering a highway.
