A Roseburg man was cited for a reported trespass incident on Thursday.

A report from Roseburg Police said at about 3:00 a.m. the 60-year old was contacted at Eagles Park in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson regarding potential criminal mischief.

Dispatch said the suspect is a city expulsion violator and is currently excluded from the downtown area. The man was taken into custody without incident and was cited and released at Gaddis Park.
