Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged disorderly conduct incidents on Saturday.

The RPD report said at about 12:35 p.m. 33-year old Themba Dzana was breaking branches off of trees, pushing a portable toilet into the street and rigging a drinking foundation so it would constantly run water onto the sidewalk and street. When he was placed under arrest, the man allegedly began to resist being taken to the police car, by kicking officers, throwing gravel, and wrapping various parts of his body around a tree.

After some effort, officers were able to get Dzana into the back of the police car. Charges included second degree counts of disorderly conduct and criminal mischief, resisting arrest, harassment, third-degree theft and for a probation violation. Bail was set at $16,250.
