A vehicle crashed after leaving Interstate Five on Thursday.

A report from Oregon State Police said at about 2:40 p.m. the 64-year old driver of an SUV was northbound near the Azalea exit when she lost control and swerved into the center barrier. The report said the driver overcorrected and crossed both lanes, striking the guardrail. The woman and a passenger in the vehicle were both uninjured.

The vehicle had to be removed from the scene.
