A Roseburg woman was cited for improper use of 911, by Roseburg Police on Sunday.

The RPD report said the 61-year old was cited as she has called the dispatch center at least 136 times, most of which has been in the last three months. On Sunday the woman reported a myriad of issues including tacks in her bed, her kitten dying from her spraying for bugs, and about a man named Shaun listening to her.

The woman was released after the citation was issued at about 5:00 a.m.
