MAN JAILED FOR ALLEGED DISORDERLY CONDUCT INCIDENT

A Roseburg man was jailed following an alleged disorderly conduct incident on Thursday.

A Roseburg Police report said at about 11:30 a.m. multiple employees of the Community Cancer Center tried to help a client after 40-year old Brian Delsie allegedly leaned into the victim’s open vehicle window before jumping into the bed of her pickup.

Delsie was charged with second degree counts of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass and for a parole violation. Delsie was held without bail.
