TWO JAILED FOR ALLEGED TRESPASS INCIDENT

Two people were jailed for an alleged trespass incident on Tuesday.

A report from Roseburg Police said just after 5:15 a.m. officers were dispatched to the downtown parking structure after a man was allegedly seen banging his head into the structure. The man ran from officers up the stairs of the structure. Once he was re-contacted, the suspect allegedly resisted arrest and made it difficult for officers to place him into handcuffs.

One he was secured another man was found on the second floor of the structure. That suspect had a warrant out for his arrest.

The first man, age 60, was charged with second-degree trespass and for resisting arrest. The second man, age 26, was charged for trespass and for the warrant.
