Roseburg Police cited a woman in a littering incident on Monday.

Information from RPD said at 9:00 a.m. the 27-year old was contacted at her camp in the 800 block of Northwest Highland, in Gaddis Park. The report said the area had garbage, rotting food and rubbish strewn about.

The woman was cited and released on the scene.
