A Roseburg man was cited for a felony count of hit and run on Wednesday.

A Roseburg Police report said pursuant to an incident which occurred on May 26th, an investigation revealed a man was walking in the parking lot of a business in the 2500 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway when the driver side mirror of a vehicle hit his left elbow. The victim sustained a lump by his elbow which was evaluated at CHI Mercy Medical Center.

The driver who caused the injury was contacted, cited and then released for the crime.
