Aviva Health’s COVID-19 vaccination clinic continues to be open weekdays to give out the vaccine to anyone age 12 years and older.

The clinic is at 4221 Northeast Stephens Street, across the street from the main Aviva clinic location. Its is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day. To schedule an appointment, call 672-9596. Walk-in patients will be accepted.

Parental or guardian consent is required to vaccinate people between ages 12 and 14. Written consent can be obtained in advance. Under Oregon law, minors 15 years of age and older may consent to medical treatment, including vaccinations. A release said Aviva encourages families to make decisions about vaccinations together.
