A Winston woman was cited for following too closely following a two-vehicle accident on Monday.

A Roseburg Police report said just before 1:30 p.m. a vehicle was behind a line of cars at the traffic light at the corner of Southeast Stephens and Southeast Douglas facing southbound. A second vehicle drove into the first vehicle. The driver of the second vehicle told an officer that she saw the long line of cars, due to a train, but looked off to the side of the road, before striking the first vehicle.

The vehicle hit had to be towed from the scene.
