With temperatures rising and summer right around the corner, the Fir Grove Splash Pad will open for the season on Saturday.

Communications Specialist Suzanne Hurt from the City of Roseburg said the splash pad is located just off of West Harvard Avenue by the soccer fields in Roseburg. The free facility is open daily each summer from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend.

Hurt said hours of operation are from 10:00 a.m. to dusk.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, those using the splash pad should be sure to keep themselves safe by keeping capacity restrictions and sanitation requirements in mind.
