Roseburg Police jailed a fugitive woman early Monday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 12:15 a.m. 46-year old Teri Park allegedly ran from an officer in the 500 block of Northeast Stephens. Park was found hiding in a trash bag on the railroad tracks. The report said the suspect provided a false name which came back to a deceased person. Park was arrested for first-degree criminal trespass, giving false information to a peace officer and for three warrants, all from separate law enforcement agencies. Bail was set at
