A Roseburg man was jailed following an alleged DUII incident on Saturday.

A Roseburg Police report said at about 11:00 p.m. 42-year old Alan Sanchez was pulled over for failing to yield before entering the roadway near the corner of Diamond Lake Boulevard and Casper Street. Officers arrested the man for DUII. He reportedly refused all tests and blood was taken under a warrant.

Charges included driving under the influence of intoxicants, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, and for a violation for refusing breath and blood tests. He was released from custody on Sunday.
