Construction on a project to repair ADA sidewalk curb ramps along Diamond Lake Boulevard in Roseburg is underway.

Dan Latham of the Oregon Department of Transportation said motorists should watch for intermittent lane and shoulder closures in both directions of Diamond Lake Boulevard between Northeast Bogard and Northeast Patterson Street.

Latham said that flaggers will provide traffic control as needed. Construction equipment will be entering and exiting work areas.

Latham said that access for pedestrians, including those with disabilities, will be maintained at all intersections throughout the work zone.

All work on the $100,000 project is scheduled to be completed by the end of June.
