DINT ARRESTS THREE AS PART OF ONGOING INVESTIGATION

On Wednesday, detectives with the Douglas Interagency Narcotics Team arrested three men as part of an ongoing investigation between DINT and the Roseburg Police Department.

Lieutenant Rick McArthur said the arrests took place in the parking lot of a business in the 200 block of Grant Smith Road in Green at about 1:00 p.m.

McArthur said a search of the individuals and their vehicle allegedly revealed approximately 2 ounces of methamphetamine and a small amount of heroin, along with 2 handguns and other drug paraphernalia.

33-year old Spencer Hopkins of Roseburg was charged with unlawful possession and delivery of meth, being a felon in possession of a firearm and for a parole violation warrant.

29-year Joshua Crossley of Myrtle Creek was held for a parole violation warrant. Both were detained without bail.

25-year old Ryan Copenhave of Roseburg was cited and released on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm and unlawful possession of methamphetamine.
