Janice Baker has won a seat as a director of the Umpqua Public Transportation District.
Unofficial results from the Douglas County Clerks Office as of early Wednesday showed Baker with 63 percent of the vote to 37 percent for Vincent Portulano.
Kat Stone leads in the race for a contested seat on the Roberts Creek Water District with 35 percent of the vote. Gregory Tucker has 34 percent while Thomas Fullbright has 31 percent.
Robert Hartford won over Eric Giusto 56 percent to 43 percent for a director position on the Winston-Dillard Water District.
Steve Rhodes beat Melissa Reardon 64 percent to 36 percent for a director’s seat on the Olalla Lookingglass Water Control District. Erin Saylor won over Robert Browning 50 percent to 31 percent for another director’s position in the district. Toni Albertson has a slim lead over Chad Northcraft for a third director’s position, with just over 38 percent to just under 38 percent. Jasmine Guyer finished third with 23 percent.
David Campos won over Ashley Hicks for a director’s seat on the Roseburg Urban Sanitary District. Campos has 66 percent of the vote to 34 percent for Hicks.
Jeremy Medley leads Lillian Elder 51 percent to 48 percent for a director’s position on the Tri-City Joint Water and Sanitary District.
With five seats open on the Green Area Water and Sanitary Board, the leaders are Tracey Parker, Carolyn White, Thomas Fullbright, Brenda Kingry, and Stephen Lusch
