The Douglas County Public Works Department has announced that County Road #29, also known as the Goodrich Highway, will be closed to through traffic in the Metz Hill area later this month.

The road will close at milepost 6.5 from 7:00 a.m. May 24th through 7:00 pm on May 25th. The closure is needed so railroad crews can repair the tracks and replace railroad crossing.
