Roseburg Police jailed a man twice on Wednesday.
An RPD report said at 10:00 a.m. the 36-year old was called in for trespassing at Fred Meyer on Northwest Garden Valley. While the officer was out with the suspect, dispatch advised that he had a parole violation warrant. The man was taken to jail.
Just after 4:30 p.m. the man allegedly drew his name on the concrete near the entrance to the Roseburg Public Library on Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard. The man was cited for second-degree criminal trespass and was returned to the jail.
The suspect is being held without bail.
