An Oregon City juvenile was hurt in a two-vehicle wreck on Wednesday.

A report from Oregon State Police said just before 4:30 p.m. the female was westbound on Highway 138W in the Oakland area. She was slowing to stop at the intersection of the highway and Bullock Road when she was rear-ended by the second vehicle.

The juvenile was taken to CHI Mercy Medical Center with minor injuries. The driver who caused the accident received a warning for following too close.
