Roseburg Police jailed a man who was allegedly drinking in public, on Monday.

An RPD report said about 9:00 a.m. the 30-year old was found sleeping in the 2500 block of Northeast Stephens, with a bottle of vodka in his hand. The man had allegedly consumed three-quarters of the bottle.

Charges included drinking in public and for a parole violation. The man was detained without bail.
