A Roseburg man was jailed following an alleged disorderly conduct incident on Monday.

A report from Roseburg Police said at 8:15 a.m. the 40-year old allegedly threw a drink at a school bus, hitting the windows. When officers arrived at the scene at the corner of Northeast Garden Valley Boulevard and Northeast Stephens, the suspect reportedly ran out into the intersection, blocking all traffic. The man was found to be intoxicated and was detained.

Charges included second-degree disorderly conduct and for a parole violation. He was held without bail.
