The person who died in a mobile home fire on Sunday has been identified.

An update from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said 74-year old David Couch was inside the residence in the 5700 block of Northeast Stephens, in Winchester. The fire began shortly before 7:00 a.m. and engulfed the single-wide trailer. The victim’s body was located after the fire was extinguished.

The update said the fire does not appear to be suspicious.
