A Roseburg man was cited for writing incidents twice on Saturday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 5:30 a.m. the 60-year old was contacted in the 500 block of Southeast Rose. The report said the suspect was sleeping in a sleeping bag in the downtown parking structure and had written his name on the wall, directly behind him. He was cited for second-degree counts of criminal trespass and criminal mischief.

At about 10:30 a.m. the man was called in for writing on the cement wall by the former Safeway building. Officers responded and found the suspect writing with a red sharpie. He was cited for second-degree criminal mischief.

The man was released after each citation was issued.
