Roseburg Police jailed a woman following a domestic disturbance early Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 5:00 a.m. 21-year old Tiffany Williams allegedly entered a residence in the 2700 block of West Jay after being told to leave the home earlier. Williams allegedly entered a bedroom and punched a victim in the eye, causing that eye to swell and the victim to have a headache. The report said when she tried to punch the victim again, she grazed part of a juvenile’s head with her fist, while the man was holding the child.

Another woman in the residence came into the room to get the baby. Williams then reportedly broke through that person’s door and jabbed her thumb in that person’s eye, causing the eye to water and be blurred. When another man in the home tried to intervene, Williams allegedly slapped and pushed him.

The report said during the disturbance the suspect also broke an Xbox and a TV in addition to the door.

Williams was charged with fourth-degree felony assault, fourth-degree assault, reckless endangering, second-degree criminal mischief and for warrants. Bail was set at $87,500.
