Roseburg Police cited a man for a past hit and run incident, on Sunday.
The RPD report said on April 29th an officer saw 44-year old Joshua Frasier driving a vehicle with expired tags near Southeast Fullerton Street. The driver allegedly sped away to avoid getting stopped. The report said that due to the man’s erratic driving, he failed to stop at a stop sign and then crashed into a vehicle owned by the City of Roseburg. Frasier reportedly fled from the scene without leaving contact information.
The suspect was contacted Sunday at about 3:20 p.m. and cited for reckless driving, two counts of recklessly endangering another person, and for a misdemeanor count of failure to perform the duties of a driver. Frasier was released after the citations were issued.
