Roseburg Police cited a man accused in two recent thefts, on Monday.

A report from Roseburg Police said at 9:00 a.m. the 37-year old was contacted in the 1500 block of Northeast Stephens. The report said the suspect stole a pair of boots from the business on March 30th and a second pair on April 7th. The first pair was sold and the second pair could not be located.

The man was cited for first-degree and second-degree theft. He was then released.
